Prices and availability last checked: October 19, 2026.
Introduction
The Kia Stonic price in Pakistan now starts at Rs5,499,000 ex-factory, following the launch of a redesigned 1.0-litre turbocharged model on October 1, 2026. Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC), which assembles and sells Kia in Pakistan, is offering two variants, the Turbo X and the Turbo S. Both pair a 1.0L Turbo GDi petrol engine with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
This is a genuine new-generation launch, not a repeat of the older 1.4-litre car. Reported prices are lower than the old model’s final pricing, but one official gap remains: Kia Pakistan’s online price list still showed the Stonic’s price as “TBD” when we checked. This guide separates what Kia confirms (specifications, features, booking rules) from what comes from launch reports (prices) and what nobody has confirmed yet (fuel economy).
Kia Stonic Price in Pakistan in 2026
According to launch coverage of LMC’s announcement, the ex-factory prices are:
Stonic 1.0L Turbo X: Rs5,499,000
Stonic 1.0L Turbo S: Rs5,899,000
The Rs400,000 gap buys the Turbo S a sunroof, larger wheels, LED headlamps, fog lamps, a smart key with push-button start, and a two-tone interior (details below).
These are reported launch prices, not figures we could read on Kia’s own price list. Kia’s price-list page also states that ex-factory prices exclude withholding tax, freight and insurance, so your on-road cost will be higher. One report adds that if a new tax or levy is imposed before delivery, the buyer pays the difference at delivery. Confirm that clause in writing before paying.
For context, the outgoing 1.4L Stonic was reported at about Rs4.77 million (EX) and Rs6.0 million (EX+) before the new model arrived. The new Kia Stonic 2026 price in Pakistan therefore sits within that old range, with the top variant below the old EX+.
For registration, withholding tax and token tax rules, check the Federal Board of Revenue and your provincial excise office, since these change with budgets and engine size.
Is the Kia Stonic Still Available in Pakistan?
Yes, and it is being sold new. Kia Pakistan’s showroom now lists the “All-New Stonic” with a booking button. Bookings opened on October 1, 2026 through authorized dealers and LMC’s online portal.
Reported booking terms:
Delivery in November or December 2026: full payment is required to lock the price.
Delivery after December 2026: a partial payment of Rs1,000,000 secures the booking.
Orders are processed first come, first served, subject to limited stock.
Kia’s price list adds that a booking is confirmed only by a system-generated, signed Provisional Booking Order (PBO), and that payments must go to LMC’s dedicated accounts through dealership channels, never to an individual. The delivery month printed on the PBO is the only valid reference.
Used Stonics are a different matter. Cars on the used market are the earlier 1.4L EX and EX+ models, with different engines, gearboxes and equipment.
Kia Stonic Engine and Performance
Both variants share the same powertrain, according to Kia Pakistan’s trim comparison:
1.0L Turbo GDi petrol, 998 cc, direct injection
100 PS at 6,000 rpm
172 Nm of torque from 1,500 to 3,500 rpm
7-speed dual-clutch transmission (7DCT), front-wheel drive
Drive modes: Eco, Normal, Sport
Idle Stop & Go, Euro 5 emission standard
On paper, 100 PS is modest, but the wide torque band starting at 1,500 rpm should suit city traffic and overtaking better than the old naturally aspirated engine. We have no independent Pakistani road test of the new car yet, so treat claims about how it drives as unverified until reviews appear.
Two points matter for Pakistani buyers. Kia lists the fuel requirement as regular unleaded, minimum RON 92, so the official requirement is not premium fuel, despite online comments claiming otherwise. And as with any turbo dual-clutch car, ask the dealer about service intervals and what the warranty requires.
Kia Stonic Fuel Average
We could not verify an official fuel average for the new Stonic Turbo. Kia Pakistan’s specification page lists a 45-litre fuel tank but no km/l figure, and no independent Pakistani test of the 1.0L Turbo was available when we checked.
Owner mileage figures you may see online come from the older 1.4-litre car and should not be applied to this one. Real-world economy also depends on traffic, air-conditioning use, tyre pressure, driving style and maintenance. Once reviewers and early owners publish measured numbers, we will update this section with the source named.
Exterior Design and Dimensions
The new Stonic has a different face from the old car, with Star-Map signature LED daytime running lamps, a glossy black grille and vertically oriented lighting. Both variants have bridge-type roof rails and silver front and rear skid plates.
Official dimensions for both variants:
Length 4,165 mm, width 1,760 mm, wheelbase 2,580 mm
Height with roof rails: 1,500 mm (Turbo X), 1,520 mm (Turbo S)
Ground clearance: 165 mm (Turbo X) and 183 mm (Turbo S)
Wheels: 16-inch alloys with 195/55R16 tyres (X), 17-inch with 205/55R17 (S)
Kia describes 183 mm as best-in-class, which is the company’s own claim. The Turbo X’s 165 mm is noticeably lower, which matters on speed breakers and flooded roads. One practical detail: both variants come with a temporary mobility kit, not a spare wheel.

Interior, Comfort and Infotainment
Both variants have an 8-inch display audio system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and voice recognition, six speakers, and a 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster. Other confirmed equipment:
Electric parking brake with auto hold
Cruise control with manual speed limit assist
Manual air conditioning with rear heating ducts (no automatic climate control)
One data USB port plus two charging ports
Heated, electrically adjustable mirrors and a heated rear window
The Turbo X has a black cloth interior. The Turbo S adds a two-tone black and medium grey cabin, cloth and artificial leather seats, a leather-wrapped two-tone steering wheel, an electro-chromic rear-view mirror and metal pedals.
For luggage, Kia lists 352 litres with the rear seats up and 1,155 litres with the 60:40 split rear seats folded. Seating is for five. We have not verified rear-seat comfort in the new model, and earlier Stonic owners often described the rear as tight.

Safety Features
According to Kia Pakistan, both variants have the same safety package:
Six airbags (driver, passenger, front thorax and pelvis, curtain)
ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist and Multi-Collision Brake
Rear camera with front and rear parking sensors
Indirect tyre pressure monitoring and rear occupant alert
ISOFIX child anchors at the rear and five seat belts
Kia’s official page does not list advanced driver-assistance features such as adaptive cruise or lane-keeping. We also found no verified crash-test rating for the Pakistani-market car, so we make no safety-rating claim.

Booking, Registration and Ownership Costs
To book, use an authorized dealer (the Kia dealer locator) or the official booking page. Ask for the current price in writing and compare it with Kia’s price list, which should be updated once official figures are published.
Budget for costs beyond the ex-factory price: withholding tax, freight, insurance, registration, token tax, and possibly dealer charges. We cannot give exact totals because they depend on your city and the rules in force on the delivery date.
On maintenance, Kia advertises fixed-price servicing packages, but we found no published Stonic service prices, so we cannot state a Kia Stonic maintenance cost figure. Kia’s warranty page describes 4 years or 100,000 km for the brand, with the original battery covered for 12 months and a requirement to service at authorized centres. Because the page isn’t Stonic-specific and its own description conflicts, get the warranty terms for your car in writing. No Kia Stonic resale value data exists yet for the new model.
Pros and Cons of the Kia Stonic
Pros
Turbo engine with a wide torque band and a modern 7-speed DCT
Six airbags, ESC and ABS on both variants
Reported launch price below the old 1.4L model’s pricing
8-inch screen with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and parking camera as standard
183 mm ground clearance on the Turbo S; roof rails on both
Cons
No official fuel average and no Pakistani road tests yet
No spare wheel (mobility kit only)
Manual air conditioning on both variants
Turbo X ground clearance is only 165 mm
No advanced driver-assistance features listed
Unknown long-term reliability, resale value and service costs for the new engine/gearbox
Kia Stonic vs Other Small SUVs
The closest rival is the Suzuki Fronx. Reports put its entry variant (1.5L, 5-speed manual) around Rs6 million, with mild-hybrid and ADAS versions priced higher, though published figures have varied between sources and have been revised since launch. The Fronx makes about 99 hp and 135 Nm, so the Stonic has a torque advantage on paper (172 Nm), while Suzuki has offered an ADAS variant that the Stonic’s official page does not list.
Other crossovers named in the market include the Peugeot 2008, MG ZS and Jaecoo J5, and the Honda HR-V and Toyota Corolla Cross sit in higher price brackets. We did not verify current prices for these, so compare like-for-like variants at dealerships. Our comparison is limited to figures we could confirm, so no single vehicle is “always better.”
Is the Kia Stonic Worth Buying in Pakistan in 2026?
New-car buyers: The Stonic suits city drivers and small families who want a compact crossover with a turbo engine, six airbags and a long equipment list at roughly Rs5.5–5.9 million ex-factory. The Turbo S is the sensible pick if ground clearance and a sunroof matter. Wait for fuel-economy and reliability reports if those are priorities, and prefer later delivery with a partial booking only if you accept the tax-difference clause.
Alternatives: Choose something else if you need advanced driver-assistance, automatic climate control, a full-size spare wheel, or proven resale history.
Used buyers: Used examples are the older 1.4L car. Check service records at authorized workshops, the condition of the automatic transmission, signs of accident repair, tyre wear, air-conditioning performance, electronics, and whether the warranty is still valid. Verify the car’s registration and ownership papers before paying.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Kia Stonic

Launch coverage reports Rs5,499,000 for the Turbo X and Rs5,899,000 for the Turbo S, ex-factory, as of October 19, 2026. Kia’s own price list showed “TBD” at that time, so confirm with a dealer.

Yes. Bookings for the all-new 1.0L Turbo model opened on October 1, 2026, with deliveries starting in November and December for full-payment bookings.
3. What is the Kia Stonic fuel average?
No official or verified figure exists yet for the new 1.0L Turbo. Older mileage claims belong to the previous 1.4L car.
4. Which engine and transmission does the Pakistani Kia Stonic have?
A 998 cc 1.0L Turbo GDi petrol engine (100 PS, 172 Nm) with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, front-wheel drive.
5. Is the Kia Stonic suitable for Pakistani roads?
Ground clearance is 183 mm on the Turbo S and 165 mm on the Turbo X, which helps with speed breakers, though the X is lower. There is no independent road test yet.
6. Is the Kia Stonic expensive to maintain?
Not yet known. Kia advertises fixed-price service packages but no Stonic figures were published when we checked. Ask your dealer for the schedule and costs.
7. What should buyers check before purchasing a used Kia Stonic?
Service history, transmission behaviour, accident repairs, tyres, A/C, electronics and remaining warranty. Note that used cars are the earlier 1.4L model.
Final Verdict
The new Kia Stonic is a credible entry in Pakistan’s compact crossover segment: a turbo engine, 7-speed DCT, six airbags and a long equipment list, at launch prices reported from Rs5.499 million. Its main unknowns are fuel economy, real-world reliability of the new powertrain, service costs and resale value. Before paying, get the price, delivery month and tax clause on a signed PBO, pay only into LMC’s official accounts, and test-drive both variants.
