Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get a reply?+
Usually within an hour on WhatsApp. Via the form or email, 2 to 3 hours. Messages sent at night are seen by the next morning.
How much does it cost to post a listing?+
The first 3 listings are completely free. After that, each listing is PKR 15, or register a showroom for PKR 100/month for unlimited listings.
When does the listing go live after payment?+
After you submit the transaction ID, the admin verifies it — usually within 10 to 20 minutes.
Is my number visible to everyone?+
No. The number stays hidden. It only shows in full when a visitor taps "Show Number" themselves.
How do I get the verified badge?+
After you register a showroom, our team checks the business details. This is separate from payment — payment makes the showroom live, the badge is given by the admin.
